I give private lessons in Woonona, NSW. I’m friendly, professional, and highly experienced. All ages welcome, beginner to advanced.
Whatever you’d love to play, I can help you develop the skills and knowledge you need, in a friendly and supportive environment.
Who is it for? Everyone. All ages and playing styles, complete beginner to advanced.
How much? The first lesson is free so you can see if it’s right for you. After that, I charge $35 for a half-hour, or $60 for an hour.

I’ve been a professional musician and teacher for over 30 years — privately, in schools, at university, and online.
I also have a PhD in cognitive psychology, and built the curriculum for the app Yousician.

The first lesson is free, but after that I have a tap-and-go system so I accept cash, card, phone, watch, etc.
I take payment per lesson rather than by term, and there’s no charge if you need to cancel.

I tailor my lessons to meet the needs and interests of each student, from complete beginner to advanced. I’m highly experienced with any topic or style you want to learn.

I have a current Working With Children Check, and am highly experienced teaching younger kids.
I’m also highly experienced teaching adults and older students — it’s never too late to learn.

No, you’re welcome to use one of mine. It can be a great way to try different styles, and figure out which guitar to buy.

Yes I do, up to 2-3 people, for the same price as a regular private lesson. Sometimes it’s two friends or siblings together, sometimes a parent and child. It’s a fun way to learn!
